1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Eligibility: If your flowers or gifts arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.
- Proof: We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items to facilitate the review process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns unless the products were damaged upon delivery or incorrect.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
